All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the following business day.

International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working to expand globally soon!
? Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order under the “My Orders” section of your Ouvian account.
❗ Shipping Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier company delays
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
Natural disasters or unforeseen logistics disruptions
If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team within 72 hours of the expected delivery date.
? Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If undelivered after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:

Re-shipping may incur additional delivery fees
? PO Boxes & Remote Areas
We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes. Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take longer than usual or may be subject to special handling.
